How do I attach a resume to my on-line application?

Select the desired position, on the bottom of the job description select New resume/CV under the box Apply. Read the Consent to Proceed and accept to move forward.  There are three options, Upload a resume/CV document, copy and paste the content of an existing plain-text resume/CV, or proceed without a resume/CV.  To upload a resume/CV document, select choose file, select the file to upload, hit continue to continue with your application.


Can I save my application and come back and complete it at a later time?

No, you must finish the application once you begin the process or your information will not be saved.


What do I do if my session timed out?

Session times out after 5 minutes of no activity.  If you have not saved your information it will be deleted.  Please compile all the necessary information prior to beginning your application (i.e., resume, employee history, salary information, references, etc.).  Be sure to save your work.  


I forgot my password. How do I still log in?

Click on the Forgot Password, you will be prompted to enter your email address in order to receive a link to reset your password.  The link will be emailed to the address provided.


What is a Job Agent and can I create one?

Haven't found what you're looking for? Sign-up for your own Job Agent to search our job postings and identify potential matches based on your skill set. It's easy. All you need to do is enter your name and email address, upload your resume, select how close of a match you'd like and the frequency you'd like to be notified. Do this once and you'll be notified when job postings meet your criteria.


Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes, once your profile is created and you have applied for a position, you can return to this website and easily apply for other Stetson positions.


What is the best way to follow up after submitting my application?

Once you have submitted your application and/or resume, we receive and process the applications and/or resumes.  Qualified candidates who are selected for an interview are contacted directly by Stetson University or the College of Law.
